My experience with P&S Plumbing was awesome! From the office taking my call (polite, and got me a same day appointment on the spot) to the onsite technician. Mike is da man. I have had on going issues with our office toilet for the last 8 years. Every plumber that has come has done the same thing, snake it and tell me I need to change the toilet but didn't want to because the previous business cemented / grouted the toilet into the ground. Mike did troubleshooting. a I appreciate his down to earth, personable demeanor. I also appreciate that he tried everything he could and stated that he didn't want to sell or change anything that I didn't need. In the end I explained that I was over the toilet issues and was almost positive the ring needed to be changed. I asked for an estimate to remove the old toilet and install a new one. He was will and ready explaining that he would need to break the tile. I understood, agreed and he gave me a more that fair estimate. I called our handy man preparing him to redo the tile around the toilet. In the end Mike was able to remove the old toilet, and cut a neat oval in the tile leaving me to not need the tile to be redone 🎉. I didn't realize how bad our toilet was until flushing this new one 🤯. Super happy with Mike and P&S Plumbing. I now have their number installed in my phone and am thrilled that I can confidently refer any of our customers looking for a plumber to P&S Plumbing Honolulu! Mahalo P&S and Mike

Sharing a super positive customer service experience with P&S Plumbing Hilo. Everyone I dealt with (i.e., Beth, Eric, Gary, Jacob & Jeremy) were courteous and helpful. A special shout out to Jacob for same-day delivery and installation of a long overdue new hot water tank and hauling away of an old one. His service was provided efficiently and at a high professional level. Not to mention that Jacob repaired a broken water tank closet door while waiting for the decommissioned tank to drain. He did not waste any time on the job. Truly wonderful and exceptional service which is otherwise hard to find locally.

We had a great experience with P & S Plumbing from start to finish. We had a leak in our hot water line, and after discussing our options, we decided to move forward with rerouting the hot water line as a long-term fix. Pam was very helpful in getting us scheduled quickly and set us up with Aaron to come take a look at our home. We also spoke with Char, who was extremely helpful in answering our questions about sending payment and coordinating communication with Aaron for scheduling. When Aaron arrived, we explained everything we wanted done, and he was confident and reassuring that it wouldn’t be a problem. Shortly after, we received an estimate that we were very happy with, and scheduling the work was easy. On the day of the job, Aaron returned with Jeremy and Allen, and made sure everyone was clear on what needed to be done. The whole team was professional, friendly, and easy to work with. They completed the job efficiently and on time, which we really appreciated. What stood out the most was the follow-up—Aaron called the next day to check in and make sure everything was working properly. That level of care and customer service really goes a long way. After this experience, they’ve become our go-to plumbing company. We won’t hesitate to call them again and will be recommending them to everyone we know.

High quality work, professional, knowledgeable and fast. Aaron and Mike did a great job with an 80 gallon water heater replacement. We also had 3 other smaller jobs professionally done. The admin support staff also did a great job with the scheduling and follow up. We are planning to use P&S Plumbing again for another water heater replacement next week. Highly recommended!

Called P&S Plumbing to help us with our toilet that was whistling and to change the pipes under our bathroom sink. We were able to make an appointment shortly after calling. I found P&S after a last-minute scheduling disaster with another plumbing company — their dispatch called me the morning of my appointment to push back my window by 2 hours, which I couldn't accommodate because I had clients scheduled. I called P&S immediately and speaking with Beth was a total breath of fresh air. She was warm, professional, and got me booked within 2 days at a time that actually worked for me. Aaron and Mike arrived right on time — no games, no window-shuffling. They were completely professional from start to finish. I had already purchased a garbage disposal but they noticed it was missing a cable. They had a trade-grade Wolverine Brass 1/2 HP unit on hand as a replacement. They explained what they were doing every step of the way. I appreciated that — I'm a little niele so I ask a lot of questions, and they were patient and explained everything clearly without making me feel like I was in the way. In and out in one hour. Clean, efficient, no surprises on the bill. Aaron and Mike are solid. Beth runs a tight ship on the office side. P&S is my plumber from here on out. Highly recommend!

Mike and Aaron came to fix a toilet. Professional, friendly . Called when they were on the way, explained clearly their thinking and what they were going to do. Very kind in showing the wipes used that were flushed and caused the toilet to plug. I'm sure that's a common cause and should be common sense not to do by owner. Fixed the issues promptly. Cleaned up well. They came within 24 hours during the storm we are having. Very glad they are working in all this rain.thank you.

Last night I had a homeowners nightmare. I came home to find water flooding the bathroom floor. I called P and S and they promptly answered the phone and sent Aaron over. Turned out it was sewer water! The common drainage from my townhouse was clogged and other units were affected as well. Aaron ended up having to get another plumber to help him and pick up a heavy duty machine. The both of them worked so so hard to clear the clog, even in the pouring rain. They are both super polite and professional and kept at it until the job was done . I appreciate them so much and would recommend them to anyone. I almost never write reviews but these guys deserve an outstanding one!!

Erin came out and saved the day! The neighbors drain backed up on my side causing poopy water to backflow. Very professional and efficient. Big Mahalo!

Calling to arrange an appointment was super quick and easy! We had Dimitrios come and fix some water damage from a leaking toilet! He was incredibly quick with the fix and walked through everything he has done with pictures and a break down of all the costs associated! We appreciate you Dimitrios! Aaron and Mike have been doing some work on the apartment complex I am the resident manager of, the two of them have been above and beyond the work requested. They handled 5 different tasks in different units in 1 day with smiles on their faces and it was a pleasure to watch the skills go to work. They took care of 2 broken pipes on the outside of the building professionally and quickly. I will call them for any plumbing concerns I have with this buidling and will recommend them to anyone who asks for a plumber.

We are very happy with their service and communication! We called them when our hot water tanks suddenly stopped producing hot water. The office staff was incredibly helpful — a lady took the time to walk us through some basic troubleshooting over the phone before even scheduling a service appointment, which we really appreciated. Since our tanks were nearing the end of their lifespan, we decided to replace them. There was absolutely no sales pressure. They provided a clear quote on the spot and gave us several options to choose from. Aaron was especially helpful and communicated directly with our electrician to make sure everything was coordinated properly before installation. When they discovered the opening was too narrow to remove the old tanks, instead of cutting into the drywall, they carefully cut the tanks in half to avoid damaging the wall. We truly appreciated that extra effort to keep everything clean and intact. They are knowledgeable, solution-oriented, and communicate exceptionally well. Thank you so much for the outstanding service!

Recommend: reasonably priced, knowledgeable, friendly, skilled and efficient work, willing to answer questions and to be quite truthful about the need for services and the costs involved. Yes, Aaron and Mikey actually will try to save you money, and keep you from spending money you do not need (or even have) to spend. Their honesty is refreshing. Back to the work: they are quick, but not in a hurry, and very thorough. They ask before doing more than you knew to ask them to do in the first place. And the work is complete, and done well. We've tried many plumbers before finding these guys. The search is over.

Our kitchen sink stopped draining last night. Called P&S Plumbing (Aaron) and they were able to arrive onsite within an hour. I called a different plumbing company to repair my toilet, it was making a strange noise. The repair was not fixed completely, I ended up calling P&S and they finished it.

Dimitri was so pleasant to work with. Explained everything and made the fixing of my toilet seamless. I will definitely ask for him again when other plumbing work has to be done.
