My experience with P&S Plumbing was awesome! From the office taking my call (polite, and got me a same day appointment on the spot) to the onsite technician. Mike is da man. I have had on going issues with our office toilet for the last 8 years. Every plumber that has come has done the same thing, snake it and tell me I need to change the toilet but didn't want to because the previous business cemented / grouted the toilet into the ground. Mike did troubleshooting. a I appreciate his down to earth, personable demeanor. I also appreciate that he tried everything he could and stated that he didn't want to sell or change anything that I didn't need. In the end I explained that I was over the toilet issues and was almost positive the ring needed to be changed. I asked for an estimate to remove the old toilet and install a new one. He was will and ready explaining that he would need to break the tile. I understood, agreed and he gave me a more that fair estimate. I called our handy man preparing him to redo the tile around the toilet. In the end Mike was able to remove the old toilet, and cut a neat oval in the tile leaving me to not need the tile to be redone 🎉. I didn't realize how bad our toilet was until flushing this new one 🤯. Super happy with Mike and P&S Plumbing. I now have their number installed in my phone and am thrilled that I can confidently refer any of our customers looking for a plumber to P&S Plumbing Honolulu! Mahalo P&S and Mike

Sharing a super positive customer service experience with P&S Plumbing Hilo. Everyone I dealt with (i.e., Beth, Eric, Gary, Jacob & Jeremy) were courteous and helpful. A special shout out to Jacob for same-day delivery and installation of a long overdue new hot water tank and hauling away of an old one. His service was provided efficiently and at a high professional level. Not to mention that Jacob repaired a broken water tank closet door while waiting for the decommissioned tank to drain. He did not waste any time on the job. Truly wonderful and exceptional service which is otherwise hard to find locally.
Give them a try! Service is reasonable and they are prompt. Mikey and Aaron are very knowledgeable and easy to work with.
We had a great experience with P & S Plumbing from start to finish. We had a leak in our hot water line, and after discussing our options, we decided to move forward with rerouting the hot water line as a long-term fix. Pam was very helpful in getting us scheduled quickly and set us up with Aaron to come take a look at our home. We also spoke with Char, who was extremely helpful in answering our questions about sending payment and coordinating communication with Aaron for scheduling. When Aaron arrived, we explained everything we wanted done, and he was confident and reassuring that it wouldn’t be a problem. Shortly after, we received an estimate that we were very happy with, and scheduling the work was easy. On the day of the job, Aaron returned with Jeremy and Allen, and made sure everyone was clear on what needed to be done. The whole team was professional, friendly, and easy to work with. They completed the job efficiently and on time, which we really appreciated. What stood out the most was the follow-up—Aaron called the next day to check in and make sure everything was working properly. That level of care and customer service really goes a long way. After this experience, they’ve become our go-to plumbing company. We won’t hesitate to call them again and will be recommending them to everyone we know.

High quality work, professional, knowledgeable and fast. Aaron and Mike did a great job with an 80 gallon water heater replacement. We also had 3 other smaller jobs professionally done. The admin support staff also did a great job with the scheduling and follow up. We are planning to use P&S Plumbing again for another water heater replacement next week. Highly recommended!
Called P&S Plumbing to help us with our toilet that was whistling and to change the pipes under our bathroom sink. We were able to make an appointment shortly after calling. Aaron arrived and was very knowledgeable and professional with his assessment of our issues. He completed the job promptly. We were very impressed with the quality of work. Demetrius and Boon did a very profession job installing a new hot water heater after I tried to do a minor service that ruined my old one. Not the best DIY. Came out same day so was not without water for long
I found P&S after a last-minute scheduling disaster with another plumbing company — their dispatch called me the morning of my appointment to push back my window by 2 hours, which I couldn't accommodate because I had clients scheduled. I called P&S immediately and speaking with Beth was a total breath of fresh air. She was warm, professional, and got me booked within 2 days at a time that actually worked for me. Aaron and Mike arrived right on time — no games, no window-shuffling. They were completely professional from start to finish. I had already purchased a garbage disposal but they noticed it was missing a cable. They had a trade-grade Wolverine Brass 1/2 HP unit on hand as a replacement. They explained what they were doing every step of the way. I appreciated that — I'm a little niele so I ask a lot of questions, and they were patient and explained everything clearly without making me feel like I was in the way. In and out in one hour. Clean, efficient, no surprises on the bill. Aaron and Mike are solid. Beth runs a tight ship on the office side. P&S is my plumber from here on out. Highly recommend!

Mike and Aaron came to fix a toilet. Professional, friendly . Called when they were on the way, explained clearly their thinking and what they were going to do. Very kind in showing the wipes used that were flushed and caused the toilet to plug. I'm sure that's a common cause and should be common sense not to do by owner. Fixed the issues promptly. Cleaned up well. They came within 24 hours during the storm we are having. Very glad they are working in all this rain.thank you.
Last night I had a homeowners nightmare. I came home to find water flooding the bathroom floor. I called P and S and they promptly answered the phone and sent Aaron over. Turned out it was sewer water! The common drainage from my townhouse was clogged and other units were affected as well. Aaron ended up having to get another plumber to help him and pick up a heavy duty machine. The both of them worked so so hard to clear the clog, even in the pouring rain. They are both super polite and professional and kept at it until the job was done . I appreciate them so much and would recommend them to anyone. I almost never write reviews but these guys deserve an outstanding one!!
Erin came out and saved the day! The neighbors drain backed up on my side causing poopy water to backflow. Very professional and efficient. Big Mahalo!
Calling to arrange an appointment was super quick and easy! We had Dimitrios come and fix some water damage from a leaking toilet! He was incredibly quick with the fix and walked through everything he has done with pictures and a break down of all the costs associated! We appreciate you Dimitrios! It’s been a long time since I’ve been treated like a King. The best service I’ve experienced in my 64 years of existence. Professional, knowledgeable and unbelievably cheap. Wasn’t expecting this gift. Jeremy and Thurston are the best. Seriously, call these guys

Came in for emergency repair of broken valve. Would have had a whole building full of neighbors without hot water. Amazing service! Very responsive. HIGHLY RECOMMEND!!

Aaron and Mike have been doing some work on the apartment complex I am the resident manager of, the two of them have been above and beyond the work requested. They handled 5 different tasks in different units in 1 day with smiles on their faces and it was a pleasure to watch the skills go to work. They took care of 2 broken pipes on the outside of the building professionally and quickly. I will call them for any plumbing concerns I have with this buidling and will recommend them to anyone who asks for a plumber.

We are very happy with their service and communication! We called them when our hot water tanks suddenly stopped producing hot water. The office staff was incredibly helpful — a lady took the time to walk us through some basic troubleshooting over the phone before even scheduling a service appointment, which we really appreciated. Since our tanks were nearing the end of their lifespan, we decided to replace them. There was absolutely no sales pressure. They provided a clear quote on the spot and gave us several options to choose from. Aaron was especially helpful and communicated directly with our electrician to make sure everything was coordinated properly before installation. When they discovered the opening was too narrow to remove the old tanks, instead of cutting into the drywall, they carefully cut the tanks in half to avoid damaging the wall. We truly appreciated that extra effort to keep everything clean and intact. They are knowledgeable, solution-oriented, and communicate exceptionally well. Thank you so much for the outstanding service!

Recommend: reasonably priced, knowledgeable, friendly, skilled and efficient work, willing to answer questions and to be quite truthful about the need for services and the costs involved. Yes, Aaron and Mikey actually will try to save you money, and keep you from spending money you do not need (or even have) to spend. Their honesty is refreshing. Back to the work: they are quick, but not in a hurry, and very thorough. They ask before doing more than you knew to ask them to do in the first place. And the work is complete, and done well. We've tried many plumbers before finding these guys. The search is over.

Our kitchen sink stopped draining last night. Called P&S Plumbing (Aaron) and they were able to arrive onsite within an hour. Aaron provided professional, compassionate and quality service to mitigate the situation. I'll now be using P&S Plumbing for all of our plumbing needs. Will recommend P&S Plumbing in the future. I called a different plumbing company to repair my toilet, it was making a strange noise. The repair was not fixed completely, I ended up calling P&S and they finished it.
Dimitri was so pleasant to work with. Explained everything and made the fixing of my toilet seamless. I will definitely ask for him again when other plumbing work has to be done.

I highly recommend Dimitrios at P & S Plumbing! Our water heater was making loud, gurgling, and then bang noises when we flushed the toilets. Dimitrios was at our house the next morning. He diagnosed the issue quickly, and fixed it for a very reasonable price. No more scary monster noises coming from the garage! 5 stars!

I am so blessed by P & S plumbing Honolulu! I found a slow leak in my apartment. My maintenance man found the problem and called P & S Plumbing Honolulu. To my surprise they came the same day, and was an hour and fifteen minutes earlier than they promised! That was impressive to say the least! Aaron and Mike were professionals in every sense of the word! They were very kind and respectful! Twenty minutes later, they were done! Wow! And they cleaned up to! They are truly a BLESSING! I highly recommend them for ALL your plumbing needs! They will NOT disappoint! Thank you guys so much!!!! Not sure on my review was about the cost. My apartment building paid so I don’t know how much it cost.
My kitchen faucet suddenly died of old age on a Thursday, which made it impossible to use, and that night, I left a message at P&S Plumbing. There was no way I could get through the weekend without a functional kitchen sink and needed it replaced the next day. Bess the dispatcher returned my call bright and early. It was a horrendously busy day at the biz, and it took nearly half a day to confirm that a plumber would be able to make it to my home. But thanks to the vigilance of kindly Bess along with some good luck, Aaron and his assistant showed up -- early! -- and installed a shiny new faucet. What a relief. They were such nice people, and knowledgeable and efficient. Thank you so much, Aaron, for squeezing me in. To Bess: Your warmth and gentle humor really helped get me endure a stressful day. P&S Plumbing is so lucky to have you on staff -- you make a customer's first encounter with the biz a lovely experience. I'd call you folks for another job in a heartbeat.
Absolute lifesavers! Aaron, Mike, and Beth are the dream team. I cannot recommend this team highly enough. I was in the middle of a total nightmare situation—a sewage backup on a Friday night—and was completely panicking. First, Beth on the dispatch line was an absolute angel. She didn't just schedule the appointment; she actually talked me down when I was stressed out and made sure help was on the way immediately. Then Aaron and Mike arrived, and they were incredible. They called ahead to let me know they were coming, showed up exactly when they said they would, and were professional from the second they walked in. You can tell they work seamlessly as a team—they diagnosed the issue fast and got to work immediately. I was so impressed by how respectful they were of my home (they even took their shoes off). I called for an emergency leak and even though the price was more than I could do at the time, I still wanted to leave this review because Aaron was awesome. He was super helpful, took his time, and explained everything in a way I could understand. He didn’t pressure me at all and really just tried to help. He even met with me and helped me figure out what parts I needed so I could take care of it myself. I was stressed out and he made the situation way easier. Today Demetrios came to fix a broken pipe that was leaking with only an hour's notice. He did a beautiful job in a timely manner. He was professional, polite, and knowledgeable. I'm so happy with my P&S Plumbing services. I'm not one to normally submit a review, but truly felt the need to give a shout out for such excellent service. Aaron C. was extremely knowledgeable, professional, and paid close attention to details to better assess the situation. He finds the best resolution and his response to an emergency bathroom flood/leak was quick and efficient. Aaron is definitely a huge asset to the company. My siblings are both construction company owners and I'll definitely be sharing my wonderful experience with them for future recommendations. Had a emergency repair needed on a Saturday. Phone service was friendly and helpful. Aaron got here quickly and did great work. Very good experience with him and the company as a whole. The price was a bit shocking, but considering this was weekend rates, not much can be done about it. Highly recommend.

Passive solar water heater was leaking. Contacted 3 plumbing companies. P&S was the first to return by call. Aaron and Mikey did an in person inspection the next day. They were very thorough taking pictures and explaining what they were looking for. They got an estimate to me promptly. One of the other companies called back and said there was a charge to do the estimate but it would go toward the bill if we used them. The other company said they did not do passive solar systems. Called two more companies. One came to the house and took pictures. The other had me send pictures to them. I felt the company that came to the house did not do a thorough evaluation of our system. The other company sent an estimate without coming to the house. Decided on P&S because their estimate was very reasonable. Gary (the owner), Aaron and Mikey came up on the schedule date. Did all the work, cleaned up everything, went over the system with me and gave me tips on regular maintenance of the system. I felt their attention to detail and customer service was outstanding. I would not hesitate to use them for any future plumbing projects I have.
Amazing service! Demitros and the office staff at P & S were wonderful. I have had such a hard time finding a good and reasonable plumber in Kona and was pleasantly surprised when they answered my call and scheduled our job right for the next day. Both the plumber and office staff were very friendly and cared about giving good service. Demitros was very professional, and did a great job repairing our leaking copper pipe near our water meter. I highly recommend him and P & S plumbing. Mahalo again!

Some leaks were detected under the house that caused a great deal of angst, to be sure!! We were very pleased that Beth responded to our online request for service promptly. She was very friendly, informative, and efficient, and was able to schedule a visit within 24 hours. Dimitrios arrived on time, and we cannot say enough good about his level of expertise, his workmanship, his communication with us, and the thoroughness of the job. He was able to revamp the "mess of pipes" under the house in a day, cleaning up all of the DIY plumbing and leaving behind a very professional job. We aren't experts in the area of plumbing and can't judge the price charged, so we have to trust that this is fair. The peace of mind we now have is priceless and we will definitely call upon P & S Plumbing for our future needs, and we'll hope that Dimitrios is available when that time comes! Hope it's not too soon!! 🙂

I work for a Property Management company and I have been really impressed working with P&S plumbing. All the plumbers are knowledgeable and they have been able to accommodate my owner requests quickly and efficiently. I have been recommending them to friends and family if they need a plumber.
Aaron from P&S Plumbing came and fixed my emergency plumbing problem, a detached main sewer lateral that's on a hill. He was efficient and fixed the problem within the hour before my renters came home from work. Considering it was an emergency job, the fee was very reasonable. Thank you Aaron and P&S Plumbing.
We were very fortunate to have the outstanding team of Aaron and Mike come to give us an estimate of the replacement of our main shutoff valve.They were very friendly and respectful in explaining to us in layman’s language what was involved in the valve replacement. They reported on time on the day of the scheduled repair. Aaron and Mike worked well together in completing the job in the allotted time despite working in rainy weather. Also, there was only minimal water shutoff time. Aaron and Mike are professional, knowledgeable and nice…. a great team in doing an outstanding job. Would definitely call and ask for them again for future plumbing needs!

FIXED what no other plumber was able to fix!!! After getting stood up by another company I finally got referred to Aaron and Mikey. THANK GOD! I was so tired of taking cold showers and nobody could fix it. They got in here, took a look at my water heater identified the issue, got the part and diligently got the hot water up and running. Mikey came out and helped my parents with a backed up toilet and shower in my childhood home. He was friendly, professional, efficient, and went the extra mile to replace an older part of one of the toilets for free so it wouldn't break after his inspection. I really appreciate the level of care he put into this emergency call and would definitely recommend them to anyone!
P&S Plumbing always comes through, even on a busy Christmas weekend. They were able to address the issues with the hot water heater, and the service tech Dimitris was very knowledgeable and resolved the problem promptly. It’s always a pleasure working with P&S.
Technician was prompt, courteous and explained well the repair needed. When there was a slight problem after the work was completed, he returned and made the correction. Though the amount was greater than quoted, it is understandable given the additional work and parts required. Happy was able to work with the old house's plumbing.

Aaron and his co-plumber did an excellent job. What’s important to me was they were straight up and did what was.necessary to address the problem and no more! All servicing cost were upfront depending on the problem encountered. They were very professional, polite and tidy. With any repair service You need to be able to trust that you are not being charged for repairs that aren’t necessary, unlike another popular plumming company I got a quote from prior. P&S will be the plumbers I use going forward after today’s experience.
P&S Plumbing did an excellent job on short notice. Replacing the toilet bottom seal turned into an all day job due to floor wood rot from the leaking seal. Jacob was very experienced and explained what needed to be done, and proceeded to accomplish the work. He put priority into this work as he knew this was the only toilet in the house. Very reasonable price and I was very impressed, P&Shas my highest recommendation.

We had an emergency plumbing situation late in the evening on a weekend. Two other plumbers cancelled after confirming the appointment. I took a chance and called P&S plumbing. Aaron showed up shortly after and fixed the problem. He was professional and very capable. We will definitely call them again for plumbing needs.

Our house water pressure was 120 psi.. called P&S Kona— they were out the next morning..The pressure regulator had failed making our water heater leak..The service tech Dimitrios Gkasialis Explained that our regulator looked like contractor grade (big box store)plastic. Dimitrios sat down with my wife and myself giving us many options for repair (very knowleable). My wife and I feel very confident in our choice of choosing P&S plumbing Kona. I had water leaking through the ceiling on my main floor, which turned out to be coming from my upstairs toilet. I called P & S Plumbing and they sent Aaron and Mikey to assess and fix the issue. From start to finish, they were outstanding. They notified me before arriving, showed up on time, and were very professional throughout the entire visit. They took the time to listen to my concerns, thoroughly inspected the problem, and quickly determined that the leak was caused by a clog in the piping. Aaron and Mikey made the necessary repairs and were very careful in my home — they laid down a tarp to protect my flooring and worked cleanly and efficiently. Aaron took care of the plumbing at my house when the mainline was backed up. He was very pleasant to work with and got to my house in about 30 minutes on an emergency call at 3pm on a Sunday. I was informed of the cost before the work began and once he began he took care of the work quickly and cleanly.
Aaron was such a good help. Had a huge backup at our shop in Ala Moana. Aaron was able to get on premises within 45 minutes and made sure to get the job complete. Always kept a level of professionalism throughout the entire situation. Also trying out different things until he was able to solve our issue. Great work and cleaned the area after. Would go with them in the future for any plumbing issues.

P&S Plumbing's Jeremy came through again for us big time. We had a plumbing leak that required detection by a specialized company (Kona Labs), then Jeremy came and was able to use the detection flag, find the leak (punctured by a large rock atop the pipe), move the rock and fix the leak within one hour. He replaced the sod, and the spot is good as new. Bravo! We highly recommend P&S Plumbing and Jeremy!
Couldn't have been better. I called in the morning about a balky toilet connection to the water line, the repairmen arrived in early afternoon, and the toiled was repaired shortly thereafter, including a trip to bury a defective part. I hope I have no more plumbing issues, but if I do, P & S willl be my first choice.

P&S Plumbing was a pleasure to work with from the first phone call to the final conversation with Dayton. Beth took my initial call and was sympathetic to my circumstance. She requested photographs and we set up an appointment. When my dentist contacted me to confirm my appointment time, I discovered I had double scheduled it. I called back to the P&S office, another equally pleasant woman answered the phone and promised me that she would get Dayton on the road in plenty of time for me to make my dentist appointment. He arrived early with enough time to fix my plumbing problem, pet my dogs, and go over the steps he took to fix my leaking shower valve. I made it to my dentist visit with lots of reasons to smile! I own two properties on the Big Island, where our water is a precious commodity. Realistically, I will have plumbing problems again. Next time I won’t need to do Google or Yelp searches. I had a great experience with P&S plumbing. My pressure tank was 20 years old and needed to be replaced. Jacob came and for a reasonable price and in a few hours had a Lovely brand new 85 gallon tank installed!!

P&S promptly scheduled service when the main waterline flex line inside PVC sleeve was discovered to be leaking. Plumber and apprentice methodically worked thru obstacles to successfully restore supply to this 17 yr old residence with an original quirky installation. Also these newer materials are more durable.
